Personal Training
One-on-one, partner, and small group training tailored to your goals and preferences. I have worked with a wide-range of individuals through multiple modalities, from resistance training to cardiovascular training. with special focus on the following: functional training, mobility/stability/balance training, osteoporosis-focused resistance training, injury prevention/compensation training, and somatic-focused training. All sessions are held at the following location -- monthly memberships are required in order to receive training:

Strength Training
Muscle Building
Ideal for anyone who is hoping to cultivate strength -- physically and mentally. The primary focus will be resistance training with an emphasis on lifting weights weights in order to facilitate muscle growth, aid in bone health, and improve functional strength to improve ADLs.


Low Impact Training
Balance, Mobility, & Stability
Ideal for anyone who is searching for a greater sense of stability and balance in their lives, both in and out of the gym. The primary focus will be a combination of low-to-moderate resistance training and low impact cardiovascular exercise.
Cardiovascular Training
Stamina & Endurance
Ideal for anyone who is looking to improve their cardiovascular conditioning. Training will include low-impact cardio and circuit training to improve endurance, stamina, and oxygen capacity.


Private & Group Yoga
Private and group yoga sessions are currently unavailable.
However, any personal training session can include yoga-based movements and techniques to improve your somatic experience, mobility, stability, balance, and flexibility.

Nutrition Coaching
One-on-one coaching designed to help individuals better understand nutrition in conjunction with their needs and goals. My methodology is rooted in intuitive and mindful eating, especially for those with a history of body image and body trust challenges. Includes macronutrient education, meal planning assistance, accountability and feedback via the coaching app, and more. Coaching sessions are held in-person or virtually. Three levels of monthly coaching are available.
